REVEALED: MHS Senior Cup Player Of The Year Nominees

The five players nominated for the MHS Junior Cup Player Of The Year Award and gaining automatic places in our Team Of The Year.

Nominee #1 – Jack O’Sullivan: Captained Presentation to Senior Cup glory from number eight, providing inspiration to his teammates with power and work-ethic throughout.

Nominee #2 -Sean French: The stand-out in an electric PBC backline, French has stolen all the headlines with his ability to cross the whitewash and split the posts.

Nominee #3 – James French: The Bandon looshead has it all from barnstorming running to silky skills. The Irish U19 man is certainly one watch for the future.

Nominee #4 (Wildcard) – Sean Hudson: Hudson brought spark to a well-organized Bandon side from the off. With pace, an accurate kicking game and a terrific rugby brain, he may be a worthy winner.

Nominee #5 (Wildcard) – Ben Healy: Glenstal’s brilliant run to the final may not have been possible without the superb outhalf. Healy caught the eye with superb play-making and goal-kicking in 2017.
