Following some hotly contested quarter-final clashes, just four sides remain in the Munster Schools Junior Cup.
CBC Vs Bandon
Bandon have done exceptionally well so far and off the back of an impressive defeat of Castletroy at the UL, they should be brimming with confidence. CBC however are tipped as favourites for the competition and should have too much in the tank for their Cork counterparts.
Prediction: CBC by 10
Munchin’s Vs PBC
What a game we have in store here. PBC have bounced back and impressed in typical style since their opening round defeat to Castletroy, while Munchin’s route has been a little more straight forward with assured victories against Bandon and Clement’s helping them to the semi-finals. This is sure to be a fierce contest but don’t be surprised if Munchin’s edge it and set up a repeat of last season’s McCarthy Cup final with CBC for next month’s showpiece.
